Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $39. This is applied automatically at checkout — no discount code required. Orders under $39 may be subject to a standard shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package in real time on the carrier's website or on our Track Your Order page.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Contact us immediately at support@glewbee.com if you need to correct your shipping address.

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United States. International shipping to select regions may be available. Please contact us at support@glewbee.com for availability, timelines, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes for your country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact our support team at support@glewbee.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours. We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
