How much water does the tank hold?
The compact water tank holds approximately 110ml of water. This is enough for a continuous steam session and is sized to keep the unit lightweight and easy to handle. Fill with regular tap water or distilled water for best results.
Can it be used as both a steamer and a dry iron?
Yes — that's one of the Glewbee Steamer's best features. You can switch between steam mode for gentle wrinkle removal and dry iron mode for crisp, sharp creases on structured garments like dress shirts and trousers.
What safety features does it have?
The Glewbee Steamer includes three built-in safety features: overheat protection that monitors and regulates temperature, anti-dry-burn protection that prevents damage when the tank runs low, and an automatic shutoff that activates after 12 minutes of inactivity.
Is it safe to use on delicate fabrics like silk?
Yes. The smart fabric mode selector allows you to choose a lower heat and steam setting appropriate for delicate materials. Always test on a small inconspicuous area first if you're unsure about a specific fabric.
Can I use tap water in the tank?
Yes, regular tap water works fine. If you live in a hard water area, we recommend using distilled or filtered water to reduce mineral buildup inside the tank and prolong the steamer's performance.
Usage & Care
How do I get started?
Fill the water tank, plug in the steamer, and wait just 10 seconds for it to heat up. Select your preferred mode using the touch display, then glide the steamer head over your garment to remove wrinkles. It's that simple.
How do I switch between steam and dry iron modes?
Use the smart touch display on the handle to toggle between steam and dry iron modes. A clear indicator light confirms your selection. Switching is instant — no cool-down period required.
Can I use it on hanging garments?
Absolutely. The Glewbee Steamer is designed to work vertically on hanging garments, which is especially convenient for refreshing hanging clothes in your wardrobe or after unpacking from a suitcase.
How do I clean the steamer?
Empty the water tank after each use and store the unit with the cap open to allow it to dry fully. Periodically, run a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar through the tank to dissolve mineral deposits, then flush with clean water.
How long can I use it continuously?
With a full 110ml tank, you'll get roughly 5–8 minutes of continuous steam. The auto-shutoff activates after 12 minutes of inactivity as a safety measure. Refilling the tank takes only seconds.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your Glewbee Steamer, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all accessories included.
How do I initiate a return?

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Can I exchange the product instead of returning it?
